The rug turned out beautifully and five stars for the customer service! My contractor could only install the rug on a certain day and it had not arrived yet. Even though the window to ship had not passed yet, customer service was so helpful and expedited the finishing of the rug and gave me the option to purchase overnight shipping. It’s great quality and looks great on my stairs!
