The rug turned out beautifully and five stars for the customer service! My contractor could only install the rug on a certain day and it had not arrived yet. Even though the window to ship had not passed yet, customer service was so helpful and expedited the finishing of the rug and gave me the option to purchase overnight shipping. What’s the difference between a rug and a runner?

There’s no difference between a rug and a runner—both refer to the same product. For example, a 24" x 5' runner is the same as a 2' x 5' rug. Feel free to order using whichever term or size format you prefer—either way, you'll receive the same custom-made piece.

Does the rug measurement include the border trim?

Yes, the listed dimensions include the border trim. The border is sewn over the edge of the rug, so it’s part of the overall measured width.
