The entire process was amazing. I ordered several samples so I could look at them all on my hardwood floors. I loved the custom ordering process - I was able to pick a size, style and edging so it was truly a "custom" experience. l picked the one I liked the most from the sample, placed my order and had my rug within two weeks. When the rug arrived, it was packaged so well and I was amazed how nicely the rug rolled out.
