I LOVE our new sisal rugs. They’re beautiful. I picked from many samples I ordered and it’s the perfect color and weave. Exactly what I was looking for. What’s the difference between a rug and a runner?

There’s no difference between a rug and a runner—both refer to the same product. For example, a 24" x 5' runner is the same as a 2' x 5' rug. Feel free to order using whichever term or size format you prefer—either way, you'll receive the same custom-made piece.

Does the rug measurement include the border trim?

Yes, the listed dimensions include the border trim. The border is sewn over the edge of the rug, so it’s part of the overall measured width.

What's the difference between a "rug" and "carpet"?

Rugs have finished (bound) edges. Carpet is sold unfinished for installation wall-to-wall.
