Can these faux sisals be installed wall to wall?

Yes - the faux sisal (polypropylene) makes a great carpet for wall-to-wall applications!

What is the difference between the honeycomb and outdoor rug pads? Can I use the outdoor rug pad inside?

The only difference between the pads is the Outdoor Pad is rated for outdoor use. The Outdoor Pad can be used inside.

If I choose the serge border, what is the fiber content of those threads and how wide is the serging?

Serged Edge is made of 100% polypropylene fibers. It shows 5/8" on the face of the rug.

Yes - this collection is 100% polypropylene.

What’s the difference between a rug and a runner?

There’s no difference between a rug and a runner—both refer to the same product. For example, a 24" x 5' runner is the same as a 2' x 5' rug. Feel free to order using whichever term or size format you prefer—either way, you'll receive the same custom-made piece.

Does the rug measurement include the border trim?

Yes, the listed dimensions include the border trim. The border is sewn over the edge of the rug, so it’s part of the overall measured width.

We would like to use the outdoor performance sisal as a stair runner. Do you offer runners in customizable lengths? E.g. 20 ft long?

Yes - you can order a runner any size length, to the inch, up to 140' long for All-Weather.

Can I order this in 20 ft lengths for outdoor steps?

Yes - the max length for this collection is 160' long! Simply enter the length you need into our configurator.
