Which of your rugs are customizable?
All of them! We can customize any of our rugs in a wide variety of colors, sizes, and styles to suit your needs. Check out our custom rugs page to start building the right rug for you right now.
How can I find the customization options for the rug I want?
You can start narrowing down your options by using the filters at the top of the page. You can filter by rug materials, attribute, features, color, or thickness.
When you’ve found a style that looks appealing to you, click on it to see the customization options for that specific type of rug. For example, you can click into the Amara Wool Rug Collection to see all the customization options we offer for that particular style.
What custom shapes and sizes are available?
We can create all of the rugs and runners we offer at Sisal Rugs Direct in custom measurements cut to the inch. No matter the size or shape you need, we can make it happen.
As you explore our custom rug configurator options, you’ll notice the “shape” option. This allows you to pick from popular hexagon, oval, round, pentagon, square, and rectangle shapes straight from the initial customization menu.
Even if you don’t find the shape you want in this menu, however, we can still make it for you. We have over twenty years’ experience making custom-sized rugs and can accommodate almost any request. If you’d like a shape you don’t see listed, please get in touch with our team and provide a diagram showing the dimensions you’d like.

How can I see different color options for the rug I want?
Most Sisal Rug Direct rugs are available in a variety of colors. To see your color options, you can either use the color wheel directly beneath the rug on the custom rug search menu or click into the rug you’re interested in for a larger view.
Where can I get more information about my different fiber options?

How can I figure out how big I should make my custom rug?
Follow our room-by-room measuring guides to figure out how to properly figure out the measurements for the rug you want. Include these measurements in your customization or the diagram you provide for a custom shape.
How can I see all my border and binding options?
You can see the border and binding options available for the specific rug style you’re interested in by clicking on the style. Options are available under “Rug Border” and “Border Color.”

Can I see how customizations will affect the price of the rug I’m considering?
Yes! As you make customizations to the rug you’re interested in from its page on the website, the price next to the “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the page will update to reflect how your customizations have affected the price.
To make sure your changes are reflected in the price you’re seeing, select the customization you’re interested in from the dropdown menus, then click “Save Selection.” The price should automatically update to reflect the change.
Where can I see the specifications of the rug I’m considering?
If you click on the rug style you’re interested in and scroll down past your customization options, you’ll see information describing the specific rug. There is a specification section at the bottom of this description that lists detailed attributes such as pile height, max rug width, roll size, and more.
How can I see which rugs are on sale?
Our website includes a Rugs on Sale version of our custom rug search feature that automatically lists every rug that’s currently on sale. From this page, you’ll be able to see every rug that’s currently on sale, as well as the sale price vs. the original price.
Can I use coupons on my custom rugs?
Yes! Check the Sisal Rugs Direct Coupon and Promo Codes page to find all promotional and season discounts and coupons currently available. Check this page before making any purchase to find savings fast.
Using your coupon codes is easy: just find the “Coupon Code” field during checkout, enter the applicable code, and click “Apply” to see your discounted total.
Can I get a sample of the rug I’m considering?
Yes, you can order a free sample of any rug or binding you are considering. To do so, click into the rug style you’re interested in and select “Order Free Sample” from the menu. The price listed next to the “Add To Cart” button will change to “$0.00.” Add this sample to your cart and proceed with the purchase as usual.
Larger samples are also available for a small cost. These can also be selected from the options menu.
Where can I get more help choosing the rug I want?
If you’d like personalized assistance creating your custom rug, you can use our free Design Consultation service, available online.
All you have to do is fill out a style profile telling us what you’re looking for, and we’ll send you four free, curated samples of rugs we feel are the right fit. You can even send us a picture of your space as you fill out your profile.
When you find the right one for you, all you have to do is purchase it through the website or get in touch with us directly.
